Where can i buy paper to print a design and transfer it onto a shirt?

what kind of ink do i need too?
is this stuff @ staples?

well you could go to michaels or an arts and crafts store and ask for iron on print out sheets. you just print out the design and iron it onto your shirt.

OR you could get it done professionally, which i think is better because its not ironed on
