Enteric coated fish oil - is it really necessary?

While some companies say that the fish oil coating Enteric is the best option, others do not. To be fully effective and complete absorption, nutrients must be released in the stomach.

A layer protects nutrients from the stomach acid and prevents it from being released into stomach. Some nutrients are sensitive to stomach acid. They are changed by it. Examples include Sam-e, resveratrol and curcumin.

What type of business cards to use - coated or not coated?

I am starting a wedding planning business and working on my business cards. Are there any thoughts on using glossy coated or uncoated business cards? I have a friend who used coated and I can't use pencil to write on it but I can use pen (in case the clients need to write something or I do).

You can get UV coating on one or two sides. I think UV coating is very elegant, however you typically cannot write on them. However, if you need to write on them, perhaps you can have them UV coated on one side, and the back side can be still glossy, but uncoated so you can write on them.

I've used Reduced Printing (www.reducedprinting.com), and they print on thick glossy paper. Last time I've used them I used coupon code "google25" and saved $25 but I'm not sure if it still works. They have good quality, I do recommend them.
